wen-travel-pro.5.2.3.zip >> wen-travel-pro >> theme files

I have tried a variety of troubleshooting events and these do NOT work either:
1. Used a different computer (MAC vs. PC)
2. Used different browsers (Chrome, Safari)

Please let me know any other ideas. Otherwise I may require a refund.

is it like

wen-travel-pro.5.2.3 >> wen-travel-pro >> theme files ( this is a valid folder structure )
or,
wen-travel-pro.5.2.3 >> wen-travel-pro >> wen-travel-pro >>theme files

sometimes a browser wraps downloaded files with multiple folders, which causes an error while uploading the theme files
