Apologies and please disregard this post!

I have been using it for several years and it is a fantastic and responsive theme.

Recently, something unusual has begun to occur; when the featured slider changes, it will randomly generate a massive empty space on the bottom. After the slider passes through all the slides at least once, it will stay at the correct size on further passes and will not generate the massive space afterwards until page reload.

I have tried standardizing the sizes of the images I place in the slider, removing content from the bottom, and even tried to limit the height size through some css:

.home #featured-slider #main-slider{
height: 1150px !important;
}

This was the closest I was able to get to fixing it; however setting that messes up the height on mobile devices and doesn’t make it dynamic, so I couldn’t use it. My css knowledge is limited, so I don’t know how to further customize it either.

This isn’t a huge critical issue, but if you have any ideas on how I could get this resolved, I’d appreciate it!

You can view the issue right on the homepage here: https://www.rokkuman.com/

When we inspected your site URL, we found that you are activating WEN Business Theme but the option you are looking for is in the WEN Business Pro Theme.

It requires the Pro theme to get the function.

Regards.

Please find answers to your queries below:

Query 1: How do I keep the menu bar at the top of my site static so people don’t have scroll back up; or have a drop-down option that remains at the top.

Response: You have the option to make the header menu sticky so you can follow the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Menu > Menu Options and uncheck the “Disable Sticky in Primary Menu”.

Query 2: Remove the hyperlink to my main page slider.

Response: Regarding your query, you can remove the title of the main page slider from below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

.home .cycle-caption a{
    display: none;
}

Hope this helps.

If you have further queries, let us know.

Regards.

2: Remove the hyperlink to my main page slider

Regarding your query, this fatal PHP error crops up because, by default, PHP has a memory usage limit of 8 MB for any given script.

To resolve the issue, you can alter your php.ini file to up the memory limit. This will affect all scripts on your server. Simply open php.ini and find the line that reads “memory_limit” increase it.

Hope this will help.

If you have further queries, let us know.

Regards.

The message I receive is this:

“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

There is no email in our site admin inbox. I waited to see if we received one, but never did. I need to be able to update the parts of my website associated with this theme. Please let me know what will fix this glitch.

Thank you so much – https://patteson.com/
